Hayley and Nella met over 20 years ago at hairdressing college - an immediate bond was formed and a natural progression in their friendship was to open a salon together. Over the last 19+ years they have road the wave of business ownership, welcomed their own families and grown the team to over 10 staff. Today Earth Wind Fire Hair is highly respected and regarded as one of Perth’s best hair salons.
Nella and Hayley’s primary focus has always been on a welcoming, holistic experience for the customer, a space where everyone is welcomed with open arms and feels valued.
